How long will delivery take?

We endeavor to deliver your product(s) as soon as possible. Most shipments from the US take up to 2-3 day. However, some products take longer – between 2-3 day, entirely dependent on our supplier’s location.

I've not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If, for some reason, you didn’t receive any confirmation for orders, please get in touch with us here and let us know so that we may assist you.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately not! Although we would love to see you, Cat Supplies is an online store only.

I've Not Received My Order. What Should I do?

Your happiness shopping with Cat Supplies is our main priority. However, if you have not received your order after 3 days, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will be more than happy to help.

The address on my order is incorrect. What should I do?

Although we do everything we can to ensure our deliveries, we can’t be responsible for this. If you have noticed this as soon as you placed the order, then please get in touch with us here straight away. If your order has been sent out with incorrect details, then, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delayed or failed deliveries.we will be in touch to arrange a re-delivery with a re-dispatch charge.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

No, our items are solely for retail services.

Is it possible to cancel the product?

Yes, if you change your mind and decide not to purchase the item. You have the option of canceling your reservation. If we haven’t yet delivered, please let us know.

What should I do if I wish to return the item?
